We offer a full range of planning services to our clients. Starting with initial conceptual designs we liaise with our clients’ to ensure a final building design that efficiently and uniquely meets their requirements. We work closely with our clients on the design of a building suitable for their needs. We provide guidance and advice where necessary on design optimisation. We then consult with all the relevant parties through planning permission, construction, building supervision and completion stages. Our experience extends to house extensions, new-build houses, renovations, housing developments, agricultural, commercial, industrial and educational buildings. We enjoy the opportunity to meet with new clients to discuss their needs and examine how our services can best meet their wishes.
Over our 30+ year history we have developed a close working relationship with planning departments and local authorities in Galway City and County, Mayo and throughout the west of Ireland. We work in conjunction with our clients and the local authority to obtain planning permission for the bespoke designs our clients desire. Our services extend to the preparation of fire certificate applications and disabled access certificate applications, both of which are vital for any premises open to the public.
We provide all of the services required to seek and obtain full planning permission including topographical surveys, site assessments, environmental impact statements, structural design and effluent treatment design. We also prepare “builders drawings” and specifications. We can supervise the project build and carry out inspections during construction, as well providing interim and final certification including Certificates of Compliance and assist our clients in their interactions with lending institutions.
We also assist our clients with enforcement issues such as obtaining permission to retain existing structures. We provide guidance and services for planning appeals and can prepare planning appeal documentation for clients wishing to make observations or appeal against local authority planning decisions to an Bord Pleanala.
